Yes. Alternative Natural Medicine has been legal in Australia with a Doctor’s prescription since 2016. Authorised prescribers can prescribe Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 products, and your medication is legal to use and carry when it has been prescribed to you.

Keep your prescription or pharmacy label with your medication, and remember it’s for your use only. It can’t be shared or sold.

Your initial consultation takes about 10 minutes. Your Doctor will go through your health history, discuss whether treatment is suitable, and outline your options and costs. Please complete our medical history form before your appointment. Follow-up consultations are usually shorter and focus on how your treatment is going and any adjustments you need.

Regular follow-ups are an important part of your care. They let your Doctor check your progress, adjust your dose or product, and renew your prescription. Follow-ups are always $0.

All our appointments are conducted via phone. We offer appointments 7 days a week including evenings and weekends providing you with flexibility. Our Telehealth consultations are available for residents of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and anywhere in Australia.

Generally, no. You don’t need a GP referral to see a Leaf Doctors Doctor. Just complete the eligibility quiz and book. In some cases your Doctor may ask for supporting information, such as a letter from your GP or specialist, and will let you know if that’s needed.
